Latest Release
Called "Mariners Wonderland" This is the result of lots of planning and countless visits to a lake called Cootharaba in Noosa. Conditions have to be perfect to capture good detail in the Milky Way and keep the foreground still for a long exposure such as this.

If you want to learn how to get the best from your camera achieve fantastic images and stop using those auto settings then Topphotos Photography Tours is the tour for you.
Topphotos photography tours were started by internationally award winning photographer Andrew McGaughey. The day tours consist of a 5 to 6 hour trip, which includes either sunrise or sunset and a visit to one of the Bay of Islands best waterfalls. We will pick up and drop off at your accommodation and provide water and a simple but yummy morning tea. On this trip you will not only have the opportunity to capture amazing images but you will learn from the master himself as to how to get the best from your camera and stop using those automatic settings.
Andrew has already done all the hard work finding the best spots, so why not take advantage and not only be taken to the best spots but learn from the master himself.
